About Keystone Wildflowers

Keystone Wildflowers is a small, family-operated, retail-wholesale grower of native perennial plants, including herbaceous flowers, ferns, grasses, and sedges. Founded in 2000 by Bill Hofmann, Keystone Wildflowers has strived to improve and rebuild the environment by encouraging habitat restoration and natural landscaping. While we specialize in growing plant materials for restoration and natural landscaping, we provide perennial plants for various habitats: woodland, forests, open meadows, wetlands, and anywhere in between.

Our native plants

All of our plant species are propagated from seed to support genetic diversity. We do not offer hybridized or genetically altered species of native plants. The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture certifies our plant materials as free of harmful insects and diseases.

Our mission

Since 2000, Keystone Wildflowers has dedicated itself to improving and rebuilding the environment by encouraging native plant gardening using native ecotypes for soil, water, and habitat restoration. Our purpose is to help you create and preserve native plants and the habitats they provide for birds, butterflies, hummingbirds, and other wildlife. Keystone Wildflowers is committed to providing high-quality plants and excellent customer service at a reasonable price.
