Cancellation policy

To cancel a plant order, we must receive notifications at least 7 working days before the scheduled pickup date. A canceled order is subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Sorry, no exceptions will be made.

Returns

If your order was shipped or delivered, plant orders cannot be returned.

Order changes

To add to or change a plant order, please inform us at least 7 working days before the scheduled delivery date. This will assure the changes will be made to your order.

Rescheduling pickups/appointments

Please give us 48 hours of notice if you plan to reschedule your plant pickup or in-person appointment. We prepare and organize native plant orders up to 48 hours before a customer’s scheduled pickup or arrival time. If you cancel your appointment or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, you may be charged a 20% restocking fee.
